  1. sorry but i had a c-section 10 years ago and i still have that ugly pooch. my obgyn told me the only way to rid it is a tummy tuck. ive tried many different exercises and it might get a little stringer but it wont get flatter. i have a friend who is a personal trainer and has her degree in kinetics (movement of the body) and although she works out everyday and trains others and she weighs only 116lbs, she still has a pooch too. sorry, i think we are stuck. i have another friend who had a c-section 16 years ago and still has that hang to her stomach too. ive given up on wearing anything snug or bathing suits a loooog time ago. you might be able to get rid of some of the fat on top and get minimal strength to the muscles underneath, but you’ll never have a true flat stomach without a tummy tuck. im hoping to have enough moola one day to get mine done.
